I was contacted by Recruiter in Nov'17 . Had a brief discussion over my skill and the required skill for the job. Later after initial screening the recruiter forwarded the CV to hiring Manager and after a week I was contacted for panel interview over Skype/Telephonic. Interview was more about technical stuffs related to supply chain, customer order management and SLA evaluation. Exceptional & stress handling. The process steps for international execution and difficulties faced. It was a good 45 mins round interview . After a week again I was contacted by HR for the HR round . This round was more centric towards the areas of integrity, ethics, how to handle stressful situation, team handling experience ,conflicts faced, how adaptable towards changes . Finally Salary expectation. A month after I got the offer letter and was granted two months to join.
