It starts with an interview with technical managers, and HR representative. Second step is a test, last 3 hours with an other candidate. They give real situation and observe how you react. Really nice to really understand the content of the job and the constraints. And you an actually demonstrate allyour soft skills. Third interview if passed the test, discussion with a senior manager about the mindset and organisation within the company. This one is more relaxed.
