* Got an email a few (~3) weeks after applying to schedule initial call with Sr. Recruiter. * Recruiter asked me to complete a Microsoft Word assessment. * Recruiter asked me to set up my TOD profile (advice: gather info of past projects). * Recruiter requested work samples (i.e. portfolio). I emailed a handful. * Recruiter set up interview with VP, Corporate Support. * Recruiter asked me to update TOD profile based on interview. * Recruiter set up interview with another VP who knows company's history well. * Recruiter requested for me to look through TOD for opportunities. * Recruiter asked me to submit 3 references (including city, state) through a web page. * HR emailed on-boarding documents to me to complete and a link to more forms to complete/review.

The interview process was thorough and HR was very helpful with answering questions about completing tests and their online project profile. Project leads took the time to listen well and ask questions as well as inform me about the company.

Short but very thorough. I spoke with two VP-level personnel who each had questions and advice. The questions were extensive, and so was the advice. I found the process challenging and informative.
