Der Bewerbungsprozess ging über 2 Runden. Zuerst hatte ich ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Teamleiter, anschließend folgte ein zweites Gespräch mit dem Regionalleiter und der Personalabteilung vor Ort in Egelsbach.
Die Gespräche waren beide auf Augenhöhe, faire Gesprächsführung. Alle meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Ich fühlte mich zu jeden Zeitpunkt wertgeschätzt.

Online test and psychosomatic. Waited two months to hear back. First interview was less formal at a Holiday Inn Express with line and regional manager. Second interview held at UK Head Office also with HR, formal interview and further tests.
