Followed by STAR interview with 5-6 various questions relating to mechanical experience and problem solving process. Followed by time to ask general questions about the work place and anything else

Interview process is pretty straightforward. A typical phone screen was setup and if you passed they sent an email with times and dates for an in person. The in person was with 6 engineering managers, typical questions were asked. I declined the offer due to the salary being low for the average wage in the area, they did not counteroffer.
