It took about a month for the whole process. First a remote interview with the Sales Manager. It was stated that people get their experience and leave after 1.5-2 years which means that the place is not suitable for people who want to stay at the company long term and grow internally. 2nd interview was about 2 weeks after this where I had to do a sales presentation for a dummy company like I am a sales consultant solving their production issues. When I asked about MBA prospects or development prospects in general, everything was a 'No'. Appreciate the honesty of the interviewers.
