Interview
Initial HR screening and then a couple of video panel round. My interview went well and got a verbal offer.
However, the next day got a rejection email without any explanation why I didn't get the formal offer.
Such a waste of time and no respect!!!

The interview process was pretty simple. There were some delays through out the process but when I did get someone on the phone, it went well. I ended up talking to a handful of different people and eventually ended up speaking with the person who I would report to. The interviewers were nice and intelligent which led to some productive conversations. They did a good job of weaving evaluation with a conversation to make it a bit less stressful.
