First interview was lengthy and involved an on the spot grammar and vocabulary written test as well as an NDA markup. They didn’t give me warning of this which is fine but I think could have been managed in a slightly less intense manner. Then there was some discussion around the role. I feel the interview dragged on too long and could have been more efficient.
