Phone interview - took almost a week to have a phone interview and it was done with one of the staff at the division. No HR or recruiting agency involved.

Basic stuff. Self-introduction, past experiences if any. They did not use any recruiting agency or HR person to call you and ask stuff. I personally felt it's more faire for the staffs to call since HR or agency ppl often have no clue on the work you have done before(even you try to provide details)
Also, the staff was very friendly, made very relaxed atmosphere and I could feel that I was welcomed.
2 rounds of interview which was telephonic, 1st with mangers and 2nd with Director, HR confirmation call, background and documents verification and offer letter and joining. after joining induction and training
