Interview
Very basic interview questions. It was be more conversational than a normal full job interview. One or two behavioral questions. Answered with own experience through previous jobs. Would recommend seeing what the company does.

Interview
I applied online through the company website. I received a call (in September) from the HR recruiter within a few days and she had a phone interview with me which consisted of basic questions and my desired salary. She determined I was qualified for the position and scheduled an interview a week later (October).
I went to the interview and arrived 20 minutes early. Upon being in the waiting area with no receptionist, I waited in total about 50 minutes to be seen by the first of three interviewers. All three were social interviews about the position, the company, the work flow, etc... I'd say the interviews went well.
I contacted the recruiter and indicated the interviews went well and thanked her. She said she would follow up within a few days. Well, the rest of October went by until I emailed her around November 1st. She didn't reply back so I called her and finally got her on the phone. She stated they were still considering the candidates.
The Friday before Thanksgiving I received a call from the same recruiter stating they wanted to bring me in for the final interview with Sr. Accountant and Controller so the following Tuesday I interviewed with both and, again, felt the interviews went well as I complimented on my background by both senior managers.
I hadn't heard from the recruiter or received any emails back from any of the thank you emails I sent so I called the recruiter a few days for New Years Eve and asked about my status. She replied, "there still interviewing, but I am in contention".
I never received any calls or emails from the recruiter through most of January when finally the recruiter responded to my email a few days before February 1st. She indicated the company had decided not to pursue the search for a candidate for this position.
