I applied through college or university. I interviewed at SS&C (Lawrence, KS) in Sep 2019
Interview
Found them at my university career fair, chatted with them, got a next day interview, then interviewed. It was not a technical interview, more of just a personality screening. At the end of the screening, which I felt went well, they kept my resume to forward it on to the next round which would feature different people looking it over.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SS&C in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied online and was interviewed in Zoom. first round -phone screening interview, second round - 1 hour of technical interview , third round - 3 hours technical interview by 4-5 interviewers.
Interview for next round is scheduled after vigorous follow-up mails to the recruiter.
After all the interviews and follow up mails, the recruiter did not even take the responsibility of providing the feedback, which is very unprofessional.
