The absolute worse interviewing process I have ever dealt with for a company. I was scheduled 3 interviews and did only 1 out of 3. The manager said that HR will follow up the next day to reschedule. Turns out I have to reach out 3 days after to get a follow up from HR to remind them that I was not interviewed all 3 times. HR takes weeks to respond to anything and give no updates about the role. I have not yet found out if the position was cancelled or postponed but yet the hiring manager stated there was a direct need for the denver location. Please update your HR staff to a more professional staff. I don’t think the HR team even knows what goes on with the roles they hire as there response is “waiting from management” or “further updates”. The job was suppose to be filled by October from my understanding and yet candidates are still waiting for HR emails. This is unorganized overall.

Long I am still waiting on getting an answer from the recruiter. I wish they could decide on where they want to go. I would love to work for this company, but it has been over a month and I don’t know what are the next steps are.

The team I interviewed for is Fund Operations HR phone interview as a first round. for the second round, it's still remaining. but it will be with hiring manager if I pass the 1st round of interview and as per discussion, it will be the last round
