In each round people were short listed. More focused on the projects and the domain knowledge. Need work in shifts as per the requirement.

I had a screener interview, and then three back-to-back 30 min Teams interviews, which was supposedly the final round. I didn't hear anything for about a week, followed up with the recruiter, never got a response. Weeks later I search up the job description to see that it's gone. Very unprofessional for the recruiter to never respond to me and tell me that the position was filled.
