Standard filtering of an interview and psychometric test. Followed by an assessment centre and if successful a final stage interview. Assessment was a group task and presentation while watched by the interviewer. The task was relevant to the role.

The virtual interview was great. I applied four times before I was hired. Heard great things about the company. Can’t wait to start! You have to wait for the entire management department to sign off on you being selected for the role. That took about 2-3 weeks.
