Interview
I applied to this position in October 2015, received a response from HR a couple of weeks later. The phone interview with HR lasted 5 minutes with questions like why did I apply for this position and what did you know about us. Interview at downtown Toronto location went in 3 rounds. 1st round was a group interview about my previous work experience in fund accounting, behavioral questions like what would you do if you think your manager is not right, etc. Some industry questions as well. 2nd round was an excel test on general excel skills, some basic accounting and fund accounting tasks, Lookup and Sumif functions testing tasks. Time was very limited. 3rd round was a group interview similar to the 1st round interview with same kind of questions, be prepared to answer same questions twice and make sure your answers are consistent. The whole process took about 2 hours.
