SSE Business Change Manager interview questions

Two interviews - first was theory based with a focus on what change meant to me and then a second interview that focused on scenarios and how I would apply change management principles. Was told that I would hear back by the end of the week but over a month on and following up with both the interviewer and the recruitment team has prompted no update so presume I have been unsuccessful and left with a poor impression of the company.
