SSE Civil Engineer interview questions

I recieved an email secheduling an interview with the principal Engineer, was a great opportunity. Then in the interview had two engineers, who gave me many techinical questions. They were really insterested about my background and this company offer visa sponsorship. Unfortonately I did not succeed.
