SSE Customer Service Representative interview questions

Gathered like sheep into a room, played some games, asked a few scenario questions, nothing major. Then we went and split into groups for an IQ / personality test. Then the following week we had one to one interviews with the Customer Service Team Leaders (who by the way acted like CEO's on a power trip, you are a team leader in a call centre, relax)

Applied online, then phone interview then face to face with group exercise and role play phonecall, no mention in ad or through process it the cust service job is actually a sales job!
