Telephone interview CV screen - advert was for leader to take team through transformation and culture change. Questions were at TL level from a peer not LM, and were based on very detailed operational experience. Role is lead processor not department leader setting strategy, therefore questions were based on experience way down CV. HR were present but did not step in to ask questions on people management or change leadership.
