Interview was done through recording yourself, some assistance was given however for this type of process it is difficult to answer questions throughly. Great Feedback after the interview, however it took some time.

Interview
Involved an SJT, some assessment exercises and an on demand video interview, which gave thinking time for you to come up with responses before recording your answers on webcam. No chance to re-record if you fumbled, which is a shame.
