Interview
This role was for SSE Energy Solutions. I applied on SSE careers page and then passed the HR screening after 2 weeks. A telephone interview with the hiring manager was then organised in 1 week. This much is good. Communication is with automated emails from their recruitment system. Although the recruiter's email address is included for further communication, they ignore candidate emails. Both the hiring manager and recruiter ignore requests for feedback after telephone interview. Poor communication and candidate experience.
