The assessment comprises a group task, a presentation, and an individual interview. You will first participate in a group activity where team members collaborate to accomplish a shared objective. Following this, you will deliver a presentation on a specific topic that has been provided to you via email beforehand. Finally, there will be an individual interview, during which your personal insights, experiences, and responses to questions will be evaluated to gain a comprehensive understanding of your skills and suitability for the role or program.

3 rounds interview, quite challenging, video interview, with assessment presentation with a situational judgement test & aptitude test. Quite difficult when its your 1st time understanding topics like Grid code, distribution code etc.
