I was told I had made it through the first screening round and my application was sent to the hiring manager for further consider, They stated they hoped to complete this selection process quickly and would be back in touch ASAP. I was not contacted again. I had to email them to ask for an update as I hadn't heard from them in 3 weeks. They then informed me I wasn't selected but cannot provide feedback. If someone makes it through screening they deserve the to be provided feedback, and do not say you will get in touch as soon as possible and then take 3 weeks.
