Not impressed by interviewers or organisation. Firstly HR gave out the wrong CV to the interviewers. Made it very hard to discuss my experience when they were looking at another CV. Also made me wonder if they had checked the CV before asking for the interview. The two interviewers were very unimpressive. Not sure they understood the job that well and the questions weren't relevant to the area of expertise. Wouldn't have accepted the job if offered it as I got the feeling the job would involve trying to persuade them to do things differently (and the rejected). Both seemed like they had worked for SSE for ever and had little outside experience.
