One question I’d like to point out is: “name and discuss three important environmental or sustainability issues that are affecting us today”
For grads they’re looking for some specific domain knowledge here and it was probably a question that filtered a lot of applicants.
There's a online assessment comprises of situational judgement, logical, numerical reasoning tests, followed by an interview to introduce yourself and key competencies, then its group assessment with a presentation, and a final interview.
Their hiring process isn't great, as they expect an assessment to be done in a short amount of time. I do not believe it is a true representation of what you could do for the company.
