The interview process consisted of two stages. In the first stage, I encountered relatively straightforward questions, which were more aligned with a junior-level role rather than a senior DevOps engineer. Surprisingly, I was invited to the second stage, which primarily involved behavioral questions. However, after this stage, I received an email stating that my profile was not quite suitable. This experience has left me perplexed as to the purpose of progressing to the second stage, and I consider it to be a rather time-consuming process.
