It was an intense and fair interview process. It requires you to be honest about your experiences and try to see how such experiences would fit into the work life
The interviewers were friendly. Group interviews were easy to follow. There were three rounds of interviews in total, one through video, one about project presentation, and an assessment center. It spanned across three months from October to December. The results were said be released before Christmas, but ended up coming out in late January.

assessment day - group project; 1 to 2 interview; presentation. the assessment group has around 6 candidates. all starts with a self-intro and intro for the day. The first thing was the group project, working on the same project with different info given. standard 1 to 2 interview; title for presentation was given a week earlier, mainly about the energy sector
