I was invited to take part in the first stage of the interview process which required me to fill in a series of forms and complete situational competency questions before finally completing a cognitive test.

Question 1
They asked me several situational questions each with four answers which required me to show which answers i thought were preferable
Psychometric Online Test -> Pre Recorded Video Interview-> Online Assessment Centre
Assessment Centre included a behavioural interview, group discussion, and individual presentation.
Questions were pretty standard, and the presentation was short (10min).

What technology would you focus on for SSE's Net Zero Goals.

Interview
1. Basic online tests.
2. Video interview about your career passion and background.
3. Assessment center interview included three main parts: the first was a group exercise to solve a business planning problem; the second was to give a ppt presentation about a given topic; the last was interviews with two seniors about many questions to find out my problem-solving skills.
The staff were very nice during the whole session.
