Phone interview was easy enough.
Online test was very difficult. I think it was designed to be impossible to complete and ALL the other candidates I later spoke to thought the same.
All paid for travel to Havant to attend assessment centre. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Took a tour of the building, underwent a group exercise which was to discuss what initiatives we would suggest to improve a ethical clothing store. Then presentation which we were told about a week previous to prepare - What impact will new technology have on the energy industry. Final interview was a break down of your CV and what you want to do. Although I applied for the role in Scotland which where I am from, they asked if I could relocate to Havant.
Attended a virtual assessment centre. Consisted of a presentation and strength based interview and group discussion. Duration of the assessment centre is half a day (from 9am to 12pm). There were breaks and unassessed periods which informed us of the role and what it involved.

VI with three questions not so bad if you've done your preparation about the company and industry. AC was in 3 parts first had to give a presentation and answer a few questions about it. Then had an interview and the questions were all behavioral and finally a group task where we had to do a discussion based different business plans which we were given and that we thought would be better in terms of achieving NETzero.
