The interview process started with a phone screening with a recruiter, which was a fairly standard introductory conversation. Next, I met with a manager for a traditional first-round interview focused on basic questions about my background and experience. The final interview included multiple managers and felt much more conversational, with a natural discussion rather than a formal question-and-answer format.
