Welcoming culture with good work-life balance

Pros

As a new employee, I've found everyone to be very welcoming and supportive. The hybrid work model provides a nice work-life balance, and I've already seen examples of employees growing their careers through internal promotions. It's also nice to work for a company that stays actively involved in the community.

Cons

As a recent hire, I'm still learning the organization and its processes. So far, I haven't encountered any notable drawbacks.

Some department managers are not qualified to run their departments. Too much favoritism for employees who do not deserve that treatment.
