Interview
Good to meet the actual interviewers. The recruiter was strange and was also not clear (possibly intentionally) re compensation. The compensation was below my current salary and it kept seeming to get lower as stages passed. I wouldn't have accepted an offer based on how opaque the recruiter made things.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Recruiter asked me about a proudest moment (or something like that) and I gave an answer. Then I was seemingly 'marked down' on the answer as it was not related to what I should have apparently spoke about. This guidance was not given prior. Again, opaque.
Entretiens de qualité en plusieurs round mais toujours individuel. Recruteurs disponibles et a l’écoute. Défaut: ça prend beaucoup de temps entre les différentes étapes. Processus stressant mais recruteurs respectueux et à l’écoute.

Question 1
Pourquoi postulez vous pour ce job ?
Quels sont vos expériences ?
Que connaissez vous de L’industrie ?
Où vous voyez vous dans 5 ans ? 10 ans ?
Easy and straight to the point. Recruiting called first and had phone interview. Then received second phone interview with hiring manager. Third interview was in person with hiring manager and recruiter. Found out a week later I was not chosen.
