The interview process was one of the worst I’ve ever been apart of. It started out with a very brief, forced, and rushed call from the recruiter. He then set up an initial video interview with the HM. That went well and I was immediately a scheduled interview with someone in the same position. I didn’t not receive anything after that, even when I followed up with the recruiter. It’s odd that an equal colleague was the one to decide who moves forward. That should have been the initial interview if her feedback was that important. I spent 15 minutes with the colleague, who from the get-go seemed she didn’t like me. I spent over an hour with the hiring manager.
