I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SWIFT (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process consists of:
1. HR interview (phone). The interviewer was friendly and the questions were as usual. It was more technical than soft skills.
2. HR interview 2 (phone). Purely soft skills. Again, friendly chat.
3. Hackerrank. Very different than what I was used to. 1 problem about writing tests, 1 problem about implementing an algorithm and a final problem about a config file for a common CLI tool.
4. Final. Technical, 1 h interview with 2 employees. The scope was huge and it covered: algorithms, system design, knowledge of particular languages/language-agnostic concepts (concurrency, etc.), OOP and good practices, and about features of the programming language of choice for the role (e.g. Java).
5. Phone call to discuss how the final interview went, about the desired start date, etc.
The questions were fair and relevant for the role. A small downside is that the process seemed somewhat slow at times.

Question 1
Java (the language of choice for the role) questions. Some algorithms.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SWIFT (Kuala Lumpur) in Feb 2019
Interview
Confusion and Lack of Feedback; Could be conducted in different format with careful consideration for prior experience. Seemed very disorganized. Interview panel needs to go over resume and prior experiences more thoroughly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
30 minute core java questions test followed by a 10 minute interview with technical lead. Interesting point was the technical lead did not bother to go over resume.
