Started with phone interview x2 Then I was brought in to talk with potential leaders It was a low pressure interview as they are having problems finding nurses in the community I met with various porential supervisors and managers They had a pretty thorough process - similar to most. Drug screening and phtysical was necessary

First phone, then one-on-one. They started with someone from HR. Then I was invited onto the campus. There I interviewed with small teams - mostly HR people but some nurses. They showed me around the building - nice, new facility. I was impressed by the building - but a building does not make a good hospital. You can have an average, old facility but it can be a place of great healthcare. I can tell you now, that place is not great. They made me an offer and stated that it's a take it or leave it ..... so I took it.
