Was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. After some back and forth on scheduling and days of no communication on the recruiter's part, we finally had a 20 minute phone screen. I did not hear back from the recruiter, even after 2 emails (1 and 2 weeks later), just asking for a courtesy email. It's the respectful thing to do to just send an email back, it's not that hard.
