The interview process was multi step and included sessions with multiple team members and Human Resources and asked questions about previous experience and intended career growth. Interviewers also shared position requirements and team culture.

Extensive interview process that leads to a waste of a lengthy time, and getting left high and dry. After the second interview I was being told I want you on this team (senior PM of the project), getting told onboarding dates, what projects I’d work on, what I’d be training on before my actual position. Mentioned he would hire me on the spot if he could but wants me to get inside on the army side of the contract so he will have me talk to his colleague. Then I get a 3rd interview. Two people sat on my screen, one guy was into talking about himself, I would say in the 1 hr total, he was talking about himself for 40 min total. Their interview was completely different, they were senior PM’s to other projects. I had to reach out to the recruiter a week later because I was just ghosted. Next thing you know, we found another candidate. Well thanks for the waste of time and hyping everything up.
