Salesforce Director Product Management interview questions

During the process, I had several interviews (about 15), but due to the position and me being out of the USA made all the sense. This way it gave me the opportunity to meet all the team and vice versa. Although, the interviews had a formal content, they were more a conversation and debate of ideas and experiences. I really enjoyed the interviews and had very interesting conversations. It was not only them that were interviewing, I was also trying to figure out if it was a place/team that I want to work with. Everyone was very nice and polite.

The interview process was professional and the interviewees were good and adept. It was a pleasant experience. The focus was on getting the end to end scenario right. There was a good mix of data modeling and creative thinking/problem solving as well.
