Salesforce Director Product Management interview questions

Was contacted by internal recruiter after submitting my resume through an existing employee as a referral. It took about a month and a half to get the first phone interview after submitting my resume, and then had another couple of weeks before 4 more video conference call interviews that took place over the next 3 weeks. The interviews were between 45 minutes and an hour. I was slightly surprised that they didn't want/need me to come interview in person with anyone, but the video interviews were very effective, and I got to meet several members of the team, and get a good sense for the product and the role that I'd be taking on as a Product Manager. Questions were good balance of general PM competency and technical knowledge, and specific knowledge of mobile apps for this particular role.

Very intensive, but I really enjoyed it. They give you a homework assignment to do ahead of time. You have to create a 30 minute presentation on some application. Then in the first our of your interview, you present it to all of the folks you will be interviewing with that day - about 7 folks. At first you might think this is crazy, but it was a great way to be able to do something more than just answer behavioral based questions. The rest of the day was more typical with 45 min to 1 hour interviews with other PM, Dev, UX folks.
