Salesforce Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

The first step of the process was a phone interview with my potential manager, then a scheduling exercise, and finally a panel interview with Recruiting Coordinator Managers and an interview with the Regional Recruiting Coordinator Manager. All of my interviews were virtual because of COVID-19.

Online application allows for easy tracking of the interview process. Began with a phone screening from the recruiter, then had a phone call with the recruiting coordinator manager. Following this call, I was given a scheduling assignment which asked me to schedule a candidate for a 3 hour back to back interview at the SF office, with hiring managers from multiple time codes. Play close attention to the material they provide and think strategically. Shouldn't take much time at all. Once you complete this assignment, you are asked to come into the office to do an in-person interview with 3 recruiting coordinator managers. Each will ask you about your experience and standard behavioral questions. TIP!
