Salesforce Strategic Account Executive interview questions

The discussions were very engaging and direct. There was a clear intent to determine whether I was a match for the Ohana of the Company. It was an interesting mix of formal / structured interview vs informal discussion. The interviews took much care in understanding where my skills were, what I wanted and how good the fit was. From my reading the interviewers closely matched the espoused values of the company.

2 phone call meetings, 1 face to face meeting, 1 Panel interview with 5 participants, 1 final phone call meeting. All very smooth, well planned and thoughtful interviews. I spent a lot of time preparing the interviews, which is normal, so I was relaxed and ready.
