Sam's Club Door Greeter interview questions

I was called in for an interview with a "coach" (another name for manager). I was first greeted by a lead cashier who proceeded to ask standard questions. This took about 15-20 min. I then had to wait for the manager, who apparently was tied up. This was another 10-15 minutes. I was then interviewed again, with more indepth questions pertaining to the position. I was offered the job on the spot contingent on a drug screening. Pay scale was offered according to a calculation involving experience. The drug test was scheduled right after the interview (had to be done within 24 hours).

Too long and drawn out for the type of job.They asked entirely too many questions that were not relevant to the job. Had to have a second interview and then offered a job.
