Usually you have to take a test and then they will interview all of the people with passing scores and interests in the system. They will ask basic behavioral interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sam's Club (West Palm Beach, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online and within 2 weeks I was called in for an interview to be a cashier. I was hired on the spot and sent for a drug test. I waited about 2 weeks and called to follow up and the Manager informed me that a Supervisor position became available and she would like me to interview with The Club Manger. I came in the following day and I actually interviewed with The Club Manager, Department Manager and The Lead Supervisor. It was not a structured interview however I felt the pressure. Again I was offered the position on the spot and being that I had already completed the drug test and background check I assumed I would be called right away to start. WELL IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS SINCE THE FIRST INTERVIEW AND I HAVE YET TO ACTUALLY START!
