Interview
Arrived at sams for a scheduled interview at 2:45pm, it was scheduled for 3pm. I informed the greeter i was there for a 3pm interview, she radioed someone and then proceeds to tell me to wait in the cafe area. Im pretty patient, but i shouldve known better. Waited till around 3:45-3:50pm. Yea, awful. I know. Went up to one of the self checkout attendants (neon vest) and told them i had an interview at 3 and its already 3:50. She calls over im assuming supervisor (blue vest) and then proceeds to ask me what position im there for. I tell her merchandise stocker position and she tells me the position was already filled earlier today. Great, thanks for wasting my time.

Interview
I applied online and got a email to set up interview. I went to Sam's Club for the interview and the lady in the front radio'd the manager who told me to wait by the food court, a hour goes by no Manager shows up and the food court fills up I look around for any other employee's and see nobody I had to end up standing because so many people filled up my table & I was hoping I would be seen by the manager but no manager, I ask again and nobody so I just decided to left after a hour went by. Waste of time and gas money! Honestly if it's the online system you all need to fix that but I never heard of this before.
