I applied online. I interviewed at Samsung Electro-Mechanics (Calamba, Laguna) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very slow process. More than 2 months of processing. Actually I had a positive experience with them - from various interviews to the people I interacted with. The only problem was (1) the process took too long; (2) for every schedule, I needed to personally go to their site in Calamba which was inconvenient since I live far from the site. But still, I went to every schedule because I really wanted the job. I passed the assessment which included different sets of exams. Then the next day, we were interviewed one-on-one by the HR. After passing the interview, I was scheduled for the panel personality test. I also passed that and was scheduled for the last interview which was the technical panel interview. The thing I didn't like about them is that they won't advise you if you fail. They would just cut their communication with you and no longer contact you. That's why it's already weeks after the technical interview and I still haven't been contacted. I just assumed that I failed the last interview which is sad after all the effort, time, money (for transportation) that I invested in their company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR interview: mostly personal questions from your CV
Personality panel interview: the panel was composed of 2 Filipino managers and 2 Korean managers. They were all kind and accommodating. They asked what difficulties we encountered and how we dealt with it.
Technical panel interview: the panel was composed of 4 or 5 managers whom were all Filipinos. There was not much technical questions aside from "Tell me about your thesis". The rest of the questions were personality questions.

Interview
The initial interview with HR primarily assesses how well you match the position. The questions are fairly simple. The next step is the panel interview. This is done with engineers and HR. This is more technical.
Three interviews including HR, personality, and technical interview. The first interview was chill and the HR team is very kind. We were asked questions about common personality assessment during the second interview.
