Ich hatte zwei Vorstellungsgespräche. Die Personalabteilung haben erst nach mehr als 2 Monate eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Das erste Telefongespräch mit der Personalabteilung, dauerte ungefähr eine Stunde und lief sehr gut. Meine Gesprächspartner waren soweit ganz nett aber die Zeit war nicht genug um die Fachkompetenz beurteilen zu können. Die Fragen wurden sehr fachlich beantwortet und meine englische Sprache war sehr kompetent. Leider dauerte der ganze Prozess über 3 MONATE! und endlich die Absage kam vom HR-Team war ziemlich unklar Gründe! Wenn man mehr als 10 Jahr im selben Bereich über Fachkompetenzen verfügt, was könnte besser sein. Das Gehalt war sehr gering lag bei ca 48 K Jahresgehalt.
