I applied for the Customer Experience Advisor role at Santander and was sent a Digital Interview and Assessment to complete. The Digital Interview consisted of 5 Questions, and the Assessment focused on Emotions and A Digital Customer Service Chat.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Aug 2022
Interview
In person interview after CV was reviewed. The interview lasted just under an hour. Seemed to be a fairly average interview. It was done by the two managers at the time. Considering it was an entry level job the questions were generic however being prepared was helpful.
