The college placement interview process commenced with an initial JAM (Just-a-Minute) round. Subsequently, 15 shortlisted members were directed to a separate room and assigned seats based on a seating chart. After the collection of resumes, a participant initiated the JAM session. Three topics were presented, and the first candidate to respond was given the opportunity to select one. The topics included "Best Friends," "Inspiring Faculty," and "Inspiration." A different group was assigned the topics "Mirror Image Personality" and an example of "Late Success."
