Save the Children US Advisor Role interview questions

{quick summary: they ghost candidates} I applied this summer for an advisor role. A few weeks later I was sent an email asking for more information about my experience regarding the role. I then had 3 interviews - 1 with the hiring manager, 1 panel interview and 1 with senior management. I was told they were still interviewing other candidates and to expect to hear from the hiring manager or HR in 2 weeks. 2 weeks+ went by with no communication. Yet another organization that has no proper interviewing strategies and ghost potential candidates. I believe it says a lot about an organization who expects 100% from candidates but gives 0% in return.
