I applied on their website and soon got an email from an individual in HR. I then had a phone call with the individual about my background and why I wanted to intern there. A few weeks later I received an email from the individual in HR that I should set up a time to speak with another individual in Resource Development. I had a phone call with them and then received an offer email a few days later.

First off there was a written test conducted virtually, if you were successful you were invited for a face-to-face interview at their offices. If you are successful they will request three references from you.

I applied online the the jobs portal and within a week or so was invited for an interview by phone with two people in the department. I answered questions about my background, my studies, and my interests. I heard back a couple days later that I got the position.
the interview was online they asked about my expectations and motivation for the internship. then they explained to me what was their expectations. it was not too long like 15 minutes
